Dishes with a difference - experiment with new tastes! A course of exotic recipes using fresh ingredients and a variety of techniques, from Africa, India and the Orient through Europe to the Americas. Courses run between 6:30 and 9 one day per week.

Price: €350 for 5 nights, €210 for 3 nights.
