Baking takes the form of two seperate courses, bread baking and cake baking. Depending on student preference, the three nights will be spent on either a choice of cooking various different breads, or of cooking biscuits, cakes, cupcakes and muffins. A three night course
which runs between 6:30 and 9 one night per week.
