The classes can be tailored to your interests and budget, but generally the practical session is 2 ˝ hours long. On arrival you are greeted with a glass of wine and smoked salmon blinis. Then there is a demonstration for an hour, followed by a 1 ˝ hour practical session. Take the food home or eat it here and bring a bottle of wine. You’ll cook two dishes. On the website dublincookery.com you will see examples of our evening course menus....any menu can be chosen from any course.
Alternatively for corporate groups we can divide the group into two teams and cook a three course meal between them.
Prices:from €70 to €80 per head
demonstrations: The minimum charge for a two hour demonstration (which includes tasting of dishes) is from €500.
