Learn the essential cookery methods and culinary arts. Become a confident & adaptable cook mastering the professional’s fundamental techniques & recipes. You will gain a different and adaptable culinary skill for life every evening on this cookery course.
This course is held over 4 weeks from 6.30pm to 9.30pm once a week.
