With a maximum of 8 attendees, the classes offer individual attention.  Delicious food, interesting recipes, tips galore, and inspiration to give you with the confidence to experiment with flavours, and produce exciting vegetarian meals, including some dishes inspired by Yotam Ottolenghi, the great Jerusalem chef. A course for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike (never fret again when entertaining vegetarian guests!)


This course is an ideal way of improving your vegetarian cookery or simply learning how to prepare meat-free dishes which are healthy and beautifully presented. The focus of this evening course is on skilful cooking using garden-fresh produce to create mouth-watering meals which are light and easy to prepare yet visually stunning and simply delicious.  Having family members both vegan and vegetarian I have lots of experience creating delicious nutrious recipes to share with you.
